Section 11
Arrangements related to the employees of the establishment
: (1) The establishment will have the following types of employees:-
(a) Administrative
(b) Teaching and Research
(2) There will be one executive director as the head of the establishment. His appointment will be from the Nepal government. His term of office will be five years and the government of Nepal can extend his term of office for a maximum of five years.
(3) Other employees will remain in the establishment as needed.
(4) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the employees of the establishment will be as prescribed.
